• We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a street address.
• Shipping time is typically 5 – 7 business days post production for dresses
• Business days are Monday through Friday
• There is a $10 re-shipping charge for all exchanges

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• Citrolina.com offers shipping via FedEx
• International shipping rates are determined by country
• The same rate will be charged for re-shipping on all exchanges
• Shipping times are approximate

To request EXPRESS shipping please indicate under Special Instructions at checkout and we will determine the additional charge based on rates from UPS or DHL.

RETURN POLICY

We trust that you will be satisfied with your Citrolina’s purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, Citrolina’s return policy is stated below:

Citrolina.com will accept items for return or exchange if the item is returned in new, clean and re-saleable condition. All the items, must be shipped within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Please leave all merchandise tags attached. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method.

Once your return/exchange is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. There may be a cleaning/restocking fee charged based on the condition of the returned merchandise. We cannot refund shipping charges on return/exchange items. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal value. There is a $10 re-shipping charge for all the exchanges.

The following are all FINAL SALE (i.e. no returns/exchanges):

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
1. Repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.
2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing customer service at contactus@citrolina.com. We will not accept packages without an RMA number.
3. Include the RMA number in the following return shipping address:
